Saturday night was the 3rd Democratic debate, and Yakkers were again confused by the DNC’s decision to air it at the same time as football games (ball is life) and on a night when many young people are out and about.

Last night was the 5th Republican debate, and it brought plenty of memorable moments. Whose strategy on defeating ISIS earned your approval? How did Yakkers react to the Trump-Bush showdown? When the dust settled, Rand Paul was the runaway winner among millennials, earning the highest approval (66.7%) and the lowest disapproval (9%) of any candidate. Yakkers had Marco Rubio in second with 49.4% approval.

Saturday night marked round 2 of the Democratic debates. Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Martin O’Malley took the stage to win the hearts and minds of the Democratic party. How did they fare? While perhaps not as dramatic as the GOP debates (almost worthy of an Emmy), the trio of candidates had some fiery exchanges that made for an interesting night. And even though the Saturday evening timing left some Yakkers shaking their heads (helloooo, college football!), they still found time to jump on the CBS Democratic Debate Yak Chat and share their reactions.

Tuesday night was the Republican’s fourth go-round — and as always, provided political insight as well as endless entertainment. After a night of Freudian slips, constant interruptions, and blatantly ignoring the time limit, who came out on top?
